Dear Life Achiever:

I shall address you as a Life Achiever, and I will consider you as a Life Achiever, for the chances of your wanting to achieve more in life, to grow more, to develop what you have, to learn more, and to be more, are extremely high. I have in hand, a report by the U.S. Census that says that 48% of all American adults take some kind of class, workshop, seminar, or course each year. As Americans, we are a nation of can-do achievers who are committed to learning more to be more, do more, and achieve more.

Let me back up a minute and tell you my story.

For thirty years I have been helping people by teaching classes, seminars, courses, and workshops in all kinds of settings like churches, social agencies, and businesses. I loved to teach and people loved the material. For thirty years I have collected file drawers full of secret common wisdom about life achievement. What I found out was that just a simple explanation about how to find and use the principles, guidelines, tools, techniques, and methods of achieving more was all that it takes to help you unleash your true achievement potential.

What I discovered was that you are already primed and ready to become an extraordinary success in any aspect in life. What I discovered was that you already have the innate wisdom to become successful beyond your wildest hopes and imagination.

To be sure, you know already, success is no accident. Sure, some people are in the right place at the right time, but for most of these people, success leaves them as quickly as it came. Enduring success comes to people who work to achieve it. You have seen people in your life, people we call "flash in the pans" who flash upon the scene, get lots of attention, become successful overnight, and then suddenly these people who flashed brightly in the beginning, quickly burn up or burn out and they fade from view. You have also seen people in your life, people who are legitimate life achievers, make real headway against sometimes insurmountable odds. Real life achievers, people like you, know full well that success comes to those who work for it, who take classes, who exert extra effort, who use their minds to fullest advantage, and who value the relationships of others and their God. Real life achievers are people who work hard to provide for basic needs, who help others, who never take our freedoms for granted, and who realize that in America, the sky is the limit. It is people like you, people who are the real achievers, who built our great land and upon whom our future rests. Our land was built by people who committed their lives to making sure progress and achievement were made, if not in their life, certainly in the life of the generations of people after them. This commitment to achievement by the citizens of the United States has made us the greatest nation on earth. This commitment to achievement by you, combined with the sterling secret common wisdom and knowledge you discover is already within you, can propel you to new levels of success in any aspect of your life.
